1) 目前本网站可以直接使用手机浏览器访问，网站已经针对手机做了适配优化。网站相对于客户端而言，更加轻量，不会过多占用手机的空间，并且可以用链接分享和收藏内容。
2) 论坛和讨论区我们不打算做，在这方面做的比较好的论坛有“海墘閩語論壇” （https://www.ispeakmin.com/bbs/）。
3) 潮汕新闻，已经有很多优秀的地方媒体。

I just wonder there can search features for people's comments so that I would not ask questions already be asked and answered. I would like to start a project of open source Teochew lexicons using FLEX software: https://software.sil.org/fieldworks/ I just wonder there are people interested in collaborating as volunteers.
I am also open to other opportunities for partnership in the future.

Great ideas.
1) The search features for comments will be added soon.
2) There's already an open source project for TeoChew Lexicons, check the link: https://github.com/Kahaani/dieghv ( Proxy required in some region )
If you want to start an absolutely different project, just do it. And don't forget to tell us, we are also interested in the project.

PS Very sorry, I forgot to say:
No need to add English translation if you decide to make popup dictionaries, of course.
I just thought the popup dictionary would be perfect for the younger ones who were educated in Mandarin (or, in Hong Kong, Cantonese) - so, they can already read Chinese perfectly fine -
but who are ancestrally Teochew, and want to learn to read written Chinese characters (traditional/simplified) with Teochew language (via the popup dictionary methods).
That way, youth can not only speak Teochew, but also be able to read Chinese characters (traditional/simplified) in literary Teochew.
It would be a great tool for the younger generation of Teochews, especially overseas (Southeast Asia, etc.), to preserve Teochew language and culture in this age.

Just wondering if you will plan to make a browser plugin (popup dictionary) such as these apps - preferably for firefox, but also for chrome too (all the major internet browsers):

I was thinking - it would be GREAT if there's ones like both of these for Teochew, too. (Both browser popup plugin, and offline popup plugin (e.g. stardict Teochew.)
If you plan to make apps like this for Teochew, with your mogher database,
It would be a MAJOR step for Teochew preservation and promotion, and for learners, in this computer age, for the younger generation.
Then, it would be so easy to learn Teochew just by reading written Chinese on the Internet, or offline with your mogher popup dictionaries, with up to date computer methods.
Please, please consider this idea!!

Thank you very much for your creative advice.
1) I will analyze the need of browser plugin. The plugin is not difficult to develop.
2) Offline dictionary will not be in our plan. Since our content is updated weekly and mobile device is widely used now a day and internet access is very quick and easy.
3) For the purpose of culture preservation, i think the software is just an assistive technology. Offline social communication and daily usage is more vital in my opinion. We are happy to see Singapore's daily application in Teochew dialect.

非常感谢您运营的这个网站，对我这个97年的后生帮助很大。因为普通话的推广还有在学校时间特别长，我们的潮州话缺少规范，俗语更是不会几句，更别提做到同音同文。我想有可能的话可以做个手机app客户端，同时增加用户反馈机制，也可以让有兴趣的用户自愿加入维护和完善。

你好，这个网站给人感觉十分舒服，对外地人学习潮州话也会有很大帮助。我觉得可以增加单词连读甚至是句子的读音，因为潮州话读起来和单字的音调有所不同。希望看到这个网站更加完善

潮州方言字：“足”在上“用”在下的组合，读音 [la6 拉6] 在潮音la可以查到，可是在部首就找不到。

你好，【𤰉】这个字确实比较生僻，在潮州方言中表示【够用】的意思。它的部首是“用”，而不是“足”。

My name is andrea saputra from Indonesia. I am teochew from Indonesia. I could speak teochew language a bit but I am not really good at it. however i could understand daily life conversation in teochew language since my parents always used teochew language everyday.
currently i am studying korean linguistic as my master degree in korea. and I have decided to write my thesis about comparison of korean and teochew language in kinship term of address. I have tried to find a lot of source about teochew language kinship terms in internet but since i could not speak mandarin either so i only can depend in english source and indonesian source. I would like to ask do you have any book or source about Teochew family kinship address written in English but also at the same time have the chinese character with the romanization?. I have found some in the internet but its not that complete and its not enough for my research. therefore I am writing this email kindly asking for your help as a teochew. I would really appreciate your help
as a teochew i am happy I could bring my language here to korea and introduce them about teochew language. I am really hope I could make this happen.

HI，
Our site mainly concentrate on Chinese Character to Teochew speaking dictionary. So it's may be poor as a reference for your research. On my opinion, Paper version books are more formal resource. But lots of these books are written in Chinese. There are some old book written by foreign in early 20 century. I don't know if they fit your need? 之前写论文一直用你们给出的调值来标，后来发现其他很多资料显示的调值都不一样，感觉你们给的调值比较科学一些。

你好，资料当时由Eric在2007年编辑，年代久了出处难寻，您可以试着在【海墘閩語論壇】查找一下。另外，论文的资料引用源，建议使用出版的书面资料做参考，相对而言较为科学，可能更有说服力。

五月初登网站，未见原来亲切的功夫茶页面，颇感陌生。新版的首页似乎过于简洁，不如原来直观可亲，缺美感。
建议：保留原有特色页面（或另选有潮州特色景物画面），增加新添条目则可。
